Seniors Services Society Annual Theatre Fundraiser will once again take place on JUNE 10th at the Historic Bernie Legge Theatre in Queens Park, New Westminster.


Information and Referral

Information and Referral services include information and form completion related to the following subjects. Volunteer outreach workers are available in our office at variable times, currently Thursdays 1-4pm, appointments are made through the office. If clients are housebound, the outreach worker will visit them in their homes. Assistance is also provided in the office on a drop in basis during normal office hours.

Information on Disability Services - eligibility and assistance with applications for such things as home support services, parking passes, financial benefits etc. For more information contact BC Coalition of People with Disabilities at 604-875-0188.

Information on benefits for Veterans - eligibility and assistance with applications. For more information contact Veterans Affairs Canada at 1-866-522-2122.

Information on various programs to support health issues - what programs are available and the support they provide for Hard of Hearing groups, MS Support groups, etc. For more information contact Information Services Vancouver at 604-875-6381.

Information on Provincial Government Programs - eligibility and assistance with applications for programs such as bus passes, tax rebates, Home Owner grants, MSP Care Card Applications. For more information contact the Provincial Government at 1-800-465-4911.

Information on Federal Government Programs - eligibility and assistance with applications for Pensions, and other programs. For more information contact Federal Government Programs for older adults at 1-800-277-9914.
